Announcement: Participation in the EU-Japan IP Action Project
We are pleased to announce that, from May 2026, our firm has joined the EU-Japan IP Action project as an IP Expert. This marks the first time a Japanese patent and trademark firm has been engaged to support an official EUIPO-led project.
EU-Japan IP Action is a project built on three pillars: cooperation on IP policies in areas of common interest in response to emerging technologies such as AI; support for SMEs in leveraging IP assets across borders; and strengthened enforcement against counterfeits and online piracy.
Drawing on over 27 years of IP practice since our establishment in 1998, we look forward to supporting Japanese and European SMEs and start-ups in their international expansion, with a focus on trademark, design, and related intellectual property rights.
